This series is some corny-ass revenge porn, and I'm all for it - BUT... At some point, you're gonna run out of innocent civilians to treat like shit. Like, if this world is this fucking brutal, then where are all these kind strangers coming from? After a certain point, everyone is going to be a shitty person just to survive all the other shitty people out to kill them for shits and giggles. I guess it doesn't really matter that much, but it's gonna keep bothering me as we see new villains and more shitty things done to strangely not-shitty people.

@ItsJustAName I feel like he, if those two sisters were him in disguise, or just a happy coincidence they came around, used those two sisters to see if they were still as bad as he remembers and to see if there still up to no good as a test to see whether they should be pardoned, or the lowest common denominator of "pardon" for him, or to see if they deserve grotesque vengeance. So, in my own opinion, there could very well be nothing to over-the-top every time from him, but for the purpose for this to be a hardcore porn of a vengeance manga, we'll likely see no hint of a small revenge coming from this.

All this could be debunked by the next chapter or the chapters to come, but for now that's my take on it so far.

That's exactly what I also need to know. If they have been innocent people, the "hero" better has to come up with a good excuse. Something like he was late for have a day, but meet their ghosts or something.

Have you people already forgotten? There are good people in this manga. Those that are being killed by the evil people so MC has something to be revenging on. And they are as 1 dimensional good as the others are 1 dimensional evil. Remember the soldiers of the hero's unit? His family (Okay. I also can't remember his family.) Those two girls here (if they haven't been illusions or walking corpses or something.) Or the people of the kingdom, that have been shocked by the hero's claims about the princess. The have been shocked enough to be considered decent to some point.
