The hero mind controlling the villagers and taking them out on a tour. He creates with his magic a desert like illusion and forcing them to take a extremely long walk under the blazing sun. Later on the villagers are begging for water but the hero completely ignoring them and continues on with the torture to the point where the skin starts to crack and bleeding profusely due to the dryness. After the torture the hero dispel his magic and reached a neighbour village 100 miles away from their village. The villagers, still bleeding and urging for water, begging them in front of the gate for water but the hero exposing their evil deeds to the neighbour villagers which infuriating them by throwing stones. After the villagers got killed by the stone shower the hero returned to their village where the children were left behind. Mind controlled them to join the military army to let them having the same fate like the other soldiers on the battleground, means they are using as cannon-fodders

In volume 2 of the LN, after getting his revenge on the princess but still unable to quench his thirst for revenge, Raoul moved on with Christiana as his next target. He knows that behind her innocent appearance and sweet smile, she's actually a lewd and lustful prostitute/slut. He ponders how to use her for his own entertainment.

Gotta love how the author never slows down on the revenge. And it doesn't exactly drag too long like other revenge series. They die quite fast instead of being involved in convoluted traps and punishments that never seem to kill them.

Also, you kinda realize over these flashbacks on why Raoul really went the deep end. It's like every good thing he did was tampered and laid to waste by all these evils.

Kinda wonder just how 'evil' the side that was fighting against the human really were.
