ADV is defunct and has been since 2009. Some of their licenses got picked up by other companies, like Azumanga Daioh, but this wasn't one of them as far as I can tell. It'd probably be safe to upload the official translation chapters from other sites here under the ADV Manga (Ex-Licenses) group name I guess, but hell if I can get the motivation to start doing so when I'm not 100% sure it's good to go for that whole deal anyway.
