@Mielly to be honest dude, it is pretty hard to point a one solid reason, but I think it is similar to the reason why step-(insert relative) porn is so popular, people like to fantasize/romanticize with things that are morally questionable, in their culture at least, so to japanese people maybe the ideia of cheating is so erroneous that they develop a fetish for the thing

@Nasimerah well the tag aren't wrong...the MC is an office worker who happens to like culinary, from what I saw.. all the tag aren't wrong it's absolutely correct. For the reaction faces are ugly... I do agree with you... It's not funny but it's funny.. it's like it's not supposed to be funny but I snickered anyway lol.

And for why the rating is so low, I agree with @First_Mate_Zoro I think why the rating is so low because people who hate NTR bombed this manga down, Idk what they expect... it's written on the description...why are they still reading and rating this... Well as for me I don't like NTR that much but I won't judging it just because it's NTR centered MC...but I do wonder though..why the mangaka made the MC to be a father and married man, its seems useless at this point...but maybe it will make sense as the stories goes(?) Or maybe it's the mangaka fetish I think(?)
