Delusional suicidal wish that already resulted in the crippling and potential death of another person. She literally ripped off the veil herself because she wanted this outcome. She's the worst type of person because they're probably going to cover up the fact she did this on purpose and thus never apologize to the guy who nearly died already. This was not ignorance like our MC, this was pure arrogance and makes her no better than the Undertakers she scorns

TL;DR: she's a sanctimonious bitch who basically looks down on others, while doing the same things she tells them is bad.
Sure, grief processing is a difficult thing, but the fact that she raised the dead just for her own self-satisfaction, without thinking of the consequences on others, outweighs her entire woobie story.

You can hate her, but who says that she ripped off the veil of her brother and dig his grave up? Did you read the story carefully, or you idiots just skipped through?
She DIDN'T do that. Her dad also said that in chapter 4 that the veil can only delay the demonization for a short time, when it loses its effect, the dead body will become a ghoul immediately. And in chapter 5 he also said that sometimes there a quite many ghouls appear in graveyard, means that before the demonized of Moira's brother, there are many cases like that.
Moira maybe really missed her brother, but she isn't sick to dig his grave like you thought.
