To be fair, pocket salt is worse because if sand gets in your eyes, you'll just cry for a little bit. If proper salt gets into your eyes, you could go blind from its crystal structure tearing at you, plus because your tears already have salts in them, they're harder to dissolve or flush out. @Justforthelulz

Well, if her pocket salt fails, she's in for some bigger trouble. She needs to blind 2 pairs of eyes and then call her lawyer if she wants to get away with assault. (yes, italicized because it's a pun)

Between the two grown men and a possessed child, she does have a better chance at punching a lone kid.
