@xyzzy it works the same as the real world. One injects seman is the father and the one who becomes pregnant is the mother. The main difference is that one could be a father of one child while the mother of another. Given their sexual organs are all the same there is likely no gender roles that they are forced into. They likely dont care who is the father and who is the mother, they likely just call all parents their mother.
