Rough Sketch seems relatively distinct from either other work. However I see your point for the calligraphy and photography ones, they're both basically "overzealous senpai puts reasonable kouhai in unreasonable situation", but in one case they butt heads and in the other it's warm and fuzzy. I will say I think the butting heads dynamic at least had more potential, especially given the premise of that series, but they both definitely do seem to be the author trying to retry/flesh out a dynamic they've done before.

Though I don't think that's necessarily bad, I've seen cases of an author doing that where just nailing the context, execution, and small details really makes the difference.
