Don't blame them for firing her, to be honest, worked there for 3 years and didn't stick up for herself. You don't go to work to make friends. To the hire ups, it looked to them that she wasn't needed because she let others take the credit for her work, and she had nothing to show.

I wonder... now that their "Work girl" is no more, what will they do with the company? The lazy that pushes her work to others, the boss who keep asking her to fix the problem, the supervisor that will blame her whenever problem occurred, and the fact that she is the one that get most of the contract (as far as i could see)... She is basically the one that seems like making the company or department stay afloat...

@Stiffee That is true, but in normal situation. In this case, i see it as a case of black company. I mean, she does all the work they asked, but not only the boss (i assume) didn't care about her work (like getting a new contract and stuff), power harassment (making her fix all the problem, taking her credit, and and blaming her for every problem that crop up), they don't even care about her well being. That is definitely not a healthy company to be in
