Fuyu Fenrir no Itoshigo to Natta Watashi ga, Zetsubou kara Iyasareteiku Hanashi - Vol. 1 Ch. 3

I know it's magic and all, so it's fine and plausible and all that, but that outfit... The thought of going out in freezing weather like that, just... x_x;

No no.. no matter what the material is.. except it was imbued with heat magic, that definitely looks colder.. lol XD

To my understanding, there's three types of seasonal cycles, making for 9 seasons in total.
1. Spring 》Summer 》Autumn 》Winter
The norm in most of the world.
2. Wet 》Dry
Dominant in climates near the equator. Normal for regions like Savannas or Veldts.
*Also applies to tropical rainforests, where the wet season means water level rises, and the dry season means the water level drops.
3. Night 》Day
You're probably thinking 'uh, what?', but near the poles, the planet's axial tilt and its axial procession puts regions in extreme night or day. Imagine the sun never setting or never rising for months on end.

soo by reducing clothes that cover you, it geets warmer .. is this the bikini armor logic working here?

So why is everything dead or dying? It sounds odd that the reason is because there’s no winter snow

@Stalkerman
No winter means no hibernation?

@mammaria
Well, but you don't interact with your parents all the time. How long does a Japanese work a day? 8 hours? More like 10-16 hours. No happy interactions at work? That sucks hard.

@monkey123 animals only hibernate because it’s cold and food becomes scarce during winter, they save energy and sleep in order to wait for when more food is available and less snow is on the ground so they don’t have to waste more energy treading through it to get food
