@danberhe Your brain obviously only works in 1s adn 0s, because you're not understanding the point here. I haven't even defended her once. In fact I've confirmed every accusation of her actions that people have said. What I'm doing is telling you teh MC is -also- a horrible person. They're both horrible, and acting like the MC has any justification or that the FMC is somehow worse, is being a blind fool. And if we're perfectly honest? He could've faught the blackmail and gotten rid of her a long time ago. They have record of her showing up at his work asking for help for an apartment. And he has witnesses to show that she was a troublesome client. And they have evidence that he was unable to find her a house. That's enough to establish bad behavior and a motive to frame him and blackmail him. If he takes that all to the police (along with the fact that the picture being used to blackmail him was taken on his -own- phone and not her's, which suggest tampering) he can make a strong case that he was framed and blackmailed. And then she has nothing, and he can kick her out.

The simple fact is they're both assholes, and they both accepted their situation and have long since stopped trying to truly get out of it.

@AAA1 First, I did not say they were not important, I said they were not as important as your career, get it right. Second, work on your grammar I can hardly understand what you're saying, but what I can understand from it suggest you did not understand my post at all probably because of a language barrier. Either that or the number of typos in your post is absurd.

Either way, if the MC's parents are the kind of people that would ruin his life over what this girl says, he's better off not being close to them anyway, and wouldn't lose anything distancing himself from them. She didn't spread this around the internet or tell strangers, she told his parents. There is also the assistant, but I think she forgot the assistant was there and didn't mean to tell her. But it's super unlikely that anyone present would spread this information. And the editor would also keep the assistant quiet because the editor knows this arrangement is making the FMC write better.

Also using the term simp here is totally incorrect here, because he's not sucking up to her demands. He retaliates against her and doesn't let her walk all over him. It's just they both seem to be enjoying this confrontational back and forward, so neither of them is doing anything to end their relationship with each other.

im not gonna drop this series but i hate seeing a new update cause im gonna read it and get angry. It’s like one of those things where you bash a product but continue using it... at least for me.
