Just why did a cleaning manga unnecessarily turn into extended (.1-.9) chapters with rape that added no likable substance whatsoever.

It is rather unfortunate the author got so much flack on twitter and stuff though. I hate to see series cancelled because of stuff like that. Criticism is rightfully due but social media does tend to make things worse. Hopefully it will just continue to be wholesome and platonic cleaning henceforth.

To be honest there backlash about author unnecessary decision to make such lighthearted and soft romance story with bit of lewd, turn into some kind dark, tragedy that is rape especially violence and sexual harassment against women is very very touchy subject in the political view in the world nowdays, but to think that he closed his account because this backlash and harassment is far too much , but still the author should know that playing with fire adding this kind of story, especially to the main reader that usually fanbase of this kind story that expect to have wholesome and cute story without any dark turn of events whatsoever, this is like serving BBQ to the bunch of radical vegans. But still harassment and threat not cool man, but i hope he can fix this mistake.

I think it's hilarious how just because there was a tragic flashback for a character, people went nuts and down voted the crap out of it.

@Antonius If you think people got mad over the flashback being tragic then you clearly didn't read a single thing anyone said.

The problem isn't that this girl has a tragic past (even if attempted rape by delinquents is both distasteful and cliche as shit) but rather that we spent 4 fucking chapters watching her get raped in detail even though there was no real need for that and it adds nothing of value to the story, and this coming after 7 chapters of the gyaru going around with no panties.

Considering that the premise of the manga was a gyaru getting cleaning tips and not us getting detailed rape scenes, it should surprise no one that this kind of crap killed the manga and led to it getting downvoted.

Also, the art has gotten noticeably worse in this chapter. It's almost as if it dawned on them that ratings have tanked and people are jumping ship so they spent a week and a half shitting their pants and half a week drawing the end of the flashback.
