@Glomoro This is actually a funny story IRL. The mangaka forgot the setup midway through the series and had to be reminded after IIRC 8 tanks have been published. There was then a rushed non-resolution and the whole plot was concluded without going anywhere. So the anime already gives us a sufficient conclusion to that story.
