Gal Gohan - Vol. 5 Ch. 31 - A Sports Day Full of Memories

While I like Fujiwara herself, I hate when this sort of series turns into a harem just to extend it and open endings are the worst.

@notos The heck it is??!! That Best girl sh*t can go to hell I don't mind picking favorites but I believe every heroine has their own personal charms so they should all be given a shot

Aw, so cute. Good job, Fujiwara! Even if you can't win against gyaru, you're still having fun!

I like to imagine that he's well-aware of what's going on, but is desperately trying to avoid garnering the attention of law enforcement.

Honestly, the best way to end a series with a harem is the way Jitsu Wa Watashi Wa ended. 196 chapters, and MC starts dating one of them at around chapter 60. The rest is their life until graduation. Eventually, most of the other girls in the harem start meeting other people and falling in love, so everyone is happy in the end. The MC grows a whole lot too and he isn't dense in the least. It is the female lead who is the dense one.

It is honestly one of the best manga I have ever read, not just for rom coms. Great humor and art (once the author gets into his paces). He does the best expressions. Plus, every side character, no matter how trivial, ends up being important.

How the FUCK did she pull out her bra? 😂

@Snickrot I'd say the best way to end a series with a harem is the poly ending. I mean, that's the very purpose of the harem tag.
Though I suppose if all the heroines move on and find their happy ending anyway it's already better than most. It still feels like a bittersweet "failed first love, let's go for second best" tho. Which I'm sure everyone will reply to with "that's how it goes irl". Yeah, well, if I want realism I turn on the news. I want a friggin' fluffy romance with a happy ending. If you introduce one heroine, make her happy. And if you introduce two, make THEM happy. You had the balls to create the harem context, so have the balls to go for a poly ending.
