If there's anyone else who stared too closely at the calendar and got confused like I did: the Japanese week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday, rather than starting on Sunday and ending on Saturday like we do.

@Simpleton Page 2 has the days of the week on the top of the calendar mislabeled as if were a week starting on Sunday, probably because the translator or typesetter or someone is a filthy American like me.

Page 7 clarifies that it's the second week they're taking about. Second row, third column from the right is Friday, the initial date of the trip, and also the date of the anniversary.

Only thing that doesn't match with everything else is the day of the week labelling on page 2, which I honestly didn't even notice during my first read-through.
