@xvpower Hyodo is super rich and the big boss, endou is middle-rich (if he still has his bog money) and a middle manager. It has already been established in Kaiji canon (Tonegawa's Series) that middle managers must treat their subordinates with respect or the subordinates will sabotage the manager and the manager will be replaced.
