Rather than trying to figure out who is the most "normal" (excluding the VP), I'm debating who is the "sanest".
At first, I would have given that title to Morishita, but since she's gradually being driven insane, I think Oyone takes it by default.

Damn, I really love the prez ... guess I am the same as Oyone-san here ...
That being said, what is normal? everyone is insane one way or another. And the most *normal* stuff today might turn out to be crazy in the past or the future, or in different culture, with different viewpoint. Dude with duck, while his apperance looks pacific, turned out to be quite ... forceful (I don't really know what word to use here). He just can't accept that prez, or Morishita, or Beshiko is not him nor share his beliefs, and try to find a meaning of that different with HIS viewpoint. Guess he is truly worth a slot in the club.
And this is my own opinion only, there is no deep meaning behind this, I swear D:
