That should be a good lesson for the sister. Maybe she'll listen a bit more now that she'll finally realise that her actions have consequences, and that our MC is usually the one that has to pay them.
I know our MC really wants to shield his family from everything and anything, but maybe waking them the fuck up would be a good idea.

I also really thought that the maid would have to actually die to make this chapter relevant. I wasn't expecting our hero to lose an arm. I hope this doesn't get fixed immediately. Maybe show him in pain and struggling to the dumb musclehead sister.
I also was not surprised that he could still use magic... so that last bit was a bit of a shock for me.

Oh, and I'm OK with the implied rape the ennemies want to commit, I just don't understand the order of thing. It's "Kill, pillage and rape", in that order... You don't rape people in the middle of a battlefield, that's just dumb.

At this point, I'm not surprised at all to see at least every couple of chapters, give or take, of this manga to have: sex, violent rape, murder after rape, murder via rape, and/or a few limbs chopped off here and there in all gory fashion, usually the rape-victims or rapists themselves.

I agree with the maid...not all lives are equal. Because the lives of those rapists are certainly worthless (except to maybe test the sharpness of a blade with) when compared to normal people going about their day.
