The female senpai of male MC noticing his obviously feelings for Douki and lampshading +shipping it? The "hints" are being dropped so damn hard that if anyone else won at this point it would be a massive ass pull.

I'd lean more towards them going out and then breaking up in the second to last chapter and having the last chapter be her marrying someone else and the male mc being surpise gay and married to his best friend from childhood.
