It's not abandoned, Kohske is chronically ill. Chapter 56 is the newest release.

To those who don't know: Kohske was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (lupus) in around Feb 2020 and has been in hiatus ever since.

As far as I know, no there hasn't been updates.

This has happened before though, in 2015 she was diagnosed with another autoimmune disease and went on hiatus for 2 years. Hopefully she'll recover better this time.
