Removing clothing (Reika's suit and his gloves) for cpr is standard procedure, but his form while doing it is terrible.

That's not completely true. Kurono said he would've fallen for Reika if he hadn't met Tae. Reika revived Kurono to have another chance with Tae out of the equation. I doubt Reika thought of Kurono as her possession as she would've gone back to save Kurono regardless if that was the "real" one or the "fake".
