I feel like this story is going to be my anonymous dumping place of reliability.
I completely get where she's coming from... if you turn someone down for no particularly good reason but the other person is fine with that history you are the one who may harbor guilt or bad memories. And because of those awkward happenings you want to avoid any deeper future connection... BUT the other person approached again! man... relatable.
