I'm not sure if the manga uses legally distinct terminology, but the Rine is most likely Line, the actual chat app that's popular in Japan. And Insuta is Insta, from Instagram. It makes sense that the two non-techies wouldn't understand, but the girl bringing it up ought to know the name.
