To answer RhapsodyinBlue’s question, it depends on your sleep phases (being REM and non-REM sleep), but they can be very agitated or very calm. REM actually stands for Rapin Eye Movement, and if I remember correctly, REM sleep is the phase through which you’re dreaming.
