If you're referring to chapter 91, she's not the girl MC (aka Chiyo).
She's Miyako, just another manga artist working at the same publisher.

@ugeez You're thinking of Mamiko. She's the heroine of Nozaki's manga. Sakura is the female protagonist though. She has orange hair and two polka dot ribbons (most of the time). Near the end of the anime, they showed a flashback of her first time meeting Nozaki, and she wore one white ribbon. I think it was meant to signify that Mamiko was based off of Sakura, but in my opinion, they didn't execute it as well in the anime as they did in chapter 48 of the manga.
