Ghost Writer

I don't really understand the concept of him being a "Ghost Writer" here. The concept of a ghost writer typically implies that you are allowing someone else to take credit for your work, but he doesn't seem to be doing that at all. It's more like he is writing under a Pen Name instead which is a very common thing for authors to do, Benjamin Franklin, Mark Twain, J.K. Rowling, hell even Steven King once wrote under the name Richard Bachman for a time. So why is this concept being treated so strangely here? Also why is he so poor if his works are seemingly so popular and successful? Is his publisher stealing from him? Why does the plot of this manga make such little sense?

@Rozoro

The man Tarou was having an interview with in chapter 5 and 6 is the man he's being the ghost writer of. That man is the one taking credit for his work.

the first chapter didn't really explain the premise really well, i'm glad they uploaded a batch of chapters. if not, i probably would've dropped it already
