I was fully expecting her to just get up and walk out when everyone in the restaurant started staring. Instead, suddenly caves and says she'll go out with him, like, wtf, lol.

No spine and no self-esteem. That's probably why she got stuck with a guy like Ryuuji before... ?
 
Stupid choice by him. She gave the boy a chance to simply leave her behind and not get involved in anymore bizarre alien stuff but instead he emotionally blackmails her into accepting.
Pathetic, but even more so on her part for agreeing to be with him.
I mean, whatever, I don't know what I was expecting from Gantz's author anyway.
 
Ahhh, so that's how you get a girlfriend. No wonder my relationships don't last - they're not built on a solid foundation like this!
