So she's not only insane, she's a hypocrite. She's been "watching" him all this time, no different than how the MC has been watching the other girl. All he's been doing is looking and admiring her, and it doesn't seem like he's ever had any intentions of doing anything but looking. "People watching" is an actual activity many people take part in, and admiring someone from afar is not much different. Calling him scum when she's doing the exact same thing is despicable.

@sighoon insulting him is fine, my disbelief is simply that she thinks that after saying everything she just said, the mc is gonna casually agree and continue to be with her. He shouldn't (assuming no blackmail) and thus her plan is ruined or atleast harder simply because she couldnt hold the truth in which I found hilariously and shockingly stupid.

Though as @VIVIT said, she could just be THAT crazy, or maybe she's gonna have fun seeing him shriek in fear knowing her true motives. who knows
