Funny thing is, while reading the description I remembered the book "A Clockwork Orange".
Now here is something from wiki about the title:
1. His second explanation was that it was a pun on the Malay word orang, meaning "man." The novella contains no other Malay words or links.
2. In a prefatory note to A Clockwork Orange: A Play with Music, he wrote that the title was a metaphor for "an organic entity, full of juice and sweetness and agreeable odour, being turned into a mechanism."
The Malaysian language might have similarities, since they are quite close, so I included this one aswell.
But this "an organic entity, full of juice and sweetness and agreeable odour" sounds like a good explanation to me.
Wow this novel is spinoff of drama boyfriend (or encounter) and the male lead is the ex husband of female lead in that drama
More than spinoff it's more like genderbend version to me with slight plot changes
Like how they meet abroad
The personality of leads
The night skylight view and fruits
Well the both Exes have similar taste
