well, i often read novel doujin on pixiv, story about Anzai Chiyomi. And they have similar patern: Anzai Chiyomi/Anchovy is rival of Nishizumi Maho in middle school, i think that is why Maho call Anchovy "Anzai" (?)

And the best is story about, "Shadow Marshal" and "Why her name is Anchovy after enter Anzio high school"
