I have no idea what's going on with the chapter numbers and why we are now on chapter 66 all of a sudden. As you may have noticed the previous .X chapters don't have their own number and the Kanji at the beginning, on the spot where the chapter number is supposed to be a look the same, so they aren't seprarate chapters.
