Sooo.... Honoka is actually aware of herself. And she was able to communicate with Shuichi despite being a piece of forgotten memory.
That's what I got from the ending. Also if Shuichi and Elena(powerless) can become that powerful imagine Shuichi and Elena(monster) fusing together.
