When I clicked on the newest chapter, which was locked I got a standard " Due to the group's delay policy, this chapter will be available in about 1 hour." message and a link to the website.
Yet the link to the scanlation website was the SAME as the unavailable chapter.
Will wait to read it, but shame on them.

Siplification: they made a mistake somewhere when posting manga and when you clicked on a link (that was about to redirect you to the manga chapter on scanlations site) you got the same "https://mangadex.org/chapter/968029/1" page that you were on while clicking it.
