God of Martial Arts - Vol. 1 Ch. 1.2 - The Awakened Martial Spirit (2)

When you just arrive to a new world but you know what is a martial spirit or a twin martial spirit, damn logic.

@kinsake it's still kind of an asspull though, but that's to be expected with Chinese wuxias -

Trash hero, something big happens, gains a newfound strength (that pretty often isn't actually theirs intrinsically, but sourced from an external power), proceeds to make their way up into the world against super stereotypical, trope-y, 1-dimensional villains that are all like, "Kill the insect! What?! He's not trash anymore?! How?! Kill!" ad infinitum until the MC becomes a god, lord what absolute garbage

I want more

What about the car crash? Your family? Loved ones? Your old life? What about being thrust into a completely different life styles with no cell phones or any modern tech?

Being in a magical world is cool and all, but it takes some time getting used to.

The pacing is too rushed. Even I, who likes to skip to the hot stuff, feels so. He got adjusted too quickly to the environment even if he had received the past memories. He died, and he said, “I crossed over” (something along those lines). How can one be so calm? How can he comprehend all those past knowledge? And why isn’t he trying to look for someone else (usually the case) instead of testing his powers?

I have a feeling the whole isekai thing is just for exposition and we never hear of it ever again.

Well I don't care. I'm only here to see wuxia style fighting. If it has that, then the plot is of little consequences.
