Sacred Academyof Xue Yue had to make some face for itself, so many of the clans that support it prepared a lot of events propping up the "geniuses" belonging to the Academy.

Like an Academy Genius being able to defeat 5 experts of the same level as him, and this Scarlet Flame Lion being pre-weakened as a "gift" to the genius who defeats it.


Basically if Lin Boi didn't interfere here, the scummy methods the Sacred Academy made to prop up their "geniuses" wouldn't be exposed.
