@T-Bone I find it funny that you claim Ling Feng is OP despite all the events that he went through only to be here in an entirely different sect/academy if he was truly OP as you claim he would've managed to push back that entire group who came and obliterated his entire sect. Also, let's not forget the guy he has to fight soon which he did fight but only to realize he's not strong enough to defeat him while the dude barely used his power.

@antivenomz I would describe it as plot armor that's too strong for other characters to handle. Even though most of the time he wins, he is overpowered in this point of the story, everyone loses to him (well not everyone, since that would pretty much be a boring story, to most people i believe), and everyone who actually faces him dies. those who don't could be more powerful, but he miraculously powers up in like 2 days and obliterates them the next. it's almost certain that in the future he'll be overpowered against the group that destroyed his sect and sooner or later another group similar to the previous one, except a lot more powerful than the previous one does the same thing and the process repeats to keep the story going


plus... (just me questioning random things) why does most manhua i see describe how they improved by talking? wouldn't it be a better idea to make them thought bubbles instead? He's not talking to anyone, and in case he has to "hide" something from others, the character could be literally saying that he has to hide something out loud and somehow no one manages to overhear him. (it doesn't show in this chapter but in some other ones it does)

mc's morality is just all over the place, these guys were just manipulated by a woman they liked into defending her from someone they thought were bullying her and you decide to kill them yet when the earlier fuck boi tried to kill you and your friends you let him go and when the black guy tortured and stalled your pink haired gf's cultivation for an entire month you did absolutely nothing to him, didn't even hit him... seriously some fucking consistency please.
