That's... quite bad.
They are some golden gems among chinese manhua, and this one isn't. Actually, it's even below average. Not only the pace is terrible, the plot mediocre, but the translation makes it even worse. Wouldn't recommend it :/

It is interesting read just lacks logic. "Police" exists only to arrest MC, to everyone else it is useless. People in the city can kill, steal, beat people up with 0 consequences. Characters are wuxia level of stupid (basically retards). If those problems wouldn't be relevant in every chapter, they could be ignored.
Anyway, given that most of wuxia stories are less than average, this one is solid 5.
