The ellipsis shows the pauses, not panels or pages of nothing silence or coughing. Seriously, try it for yourself and you'll see it's not nearly as long as you think. Again, you're comparing reading with speaking. What you see and read transpires in far less time.you're still talking as one person, have someone else act as yamamoto or michiru and converse to judge the total time.
