The ultimate comedy would be if all these buddhas are the manifestation of michiru's anger due to MC never confessing to her, and that everything can be prevented if during that 5 minutes MC managed to confess lol.

I think the creator is purposefully making us like the younger twin more just like the rest of the main cast.

You might say that "michiru's younger sister like the MC tho" but I think that is because he is michiru's protagonist so she feels like she has to change something like she did earlier.

Just a theory probably doesn't hold water, but Is fun to think about
