Making the son of a higher up in the cops the 4th head of the group would probably be a little complicated even compared to the fact that he's currently the student of the person he'd have to marry to become the head. 'Course since Shin does like her and also wouldn't mind seeing the look on his dad's face he probably wouldn't mind trying to traverse this particular thorny path.
