FRENEMIES AT THE GATES
Levtenant Zaystiev is a cute sniper sniping cute things
Can he survive going toe to toe with Ogaratata and Kiro whambamwhaddaman -ranke?
Find out in our next chapter "Enemy sniper is fucken killed"!

"Manga" is "Amazing". I always knew, of course, but it's nice to see confirmation!

So Kiroranke was in Narodnaja Volja, wasn't he ?
That's awesome, my esteem for him increased a lot

There it is again, Lieutenant Tsurumi flying above everyone else. Wow... He prepares a lot of things ahead...

I didn't expect Kiroranke to be involved in an event of such scale. I just thought it was going to be a small uprising in eastern Russia... The revelation of his identity in this chapter makes things a lot more interesting, the Russians are getting involved a lot more now.

Felt sorry for the old man, he had done nothing wrong...

The Narodnaja Volja were just a bunch of glorified "revolutionary socialist intellectuals", or proto-communists.

Lol this manga is "manga".

Despite what he said, I bet Ogata probably had some inkling in his mind about his gun when crossing the border before they even started. A shame the old man would be completely oblivious.

They were more actually closer to anarchism than communism.
Anyway zawarudo, if you have issues with them it's all your problem, not mine.

Sniper? Russian Sniper? Glorious Russian Sniper???? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VC52cUP2PVo

And then, Russian fanboys everywhere ...

Nice to see a good gunfight after all those chapters though .

Yeah, but "narodovolci", members of "narodnaya volya" (here translated as people's will), were quite naive and not in any way well organised, yet they acted in the time, when terrorist strikes were almost none existent (they pretty much were the first terrorists in modern sense of the word), and in the end, after the killing of Alexander II, all of them were caught, and people, who were responsible for killing the tsar, were judged and executed. "Hanged by the neck until they dead". So to say Kiroranke was one of them, not even plausible.

And yeah, as it was stated before, they were no communist, they were early anarchists.

The vibe 'emitted' from the later parts of this story (as of this chapter) is kinda different. It is more tensed, and for me, felt so distanced from the ones we read earlier.

I guess that's what we get if we read a story from the perspective of the 'traitorous bad guys', who got a hold of the MC.

After all that exposure, I still like Ogata dammit! ?

I miss the vibe of back when Sugimoto was with Asirpa. Now everything is tense because we know Kororanke and Ogata have their own agenda and were never sincere with Asirpa well-being and future.
