Man, I used to really dislike Tsurumi, but this just made me feel bad for him. No wonder he was so gentle with O-gin's baby. Maybe he was reminded of his own child. Poor dude.

Oh my god, this is a real, honest twist. Tsurumi actually was once a reasonably well-adjusted person (though no mention of what sort of crazy stuff he undoubtedly got up to with his wife in bed) with a family.

I can't believe this arc actually has a solid tie back to the main series, and the reveal is both logical and terrifying/entertaining. This is genius writing.
