I am reading back again and.. damn, its really subtle. Even in chapter 218 you won't notice anything amiss too much when Heita's group and Sugimoto's group meet each other.
In hindsight that kinda explain why Sugimoto cs seems didn't really care when one by one of Heita's group missing.
