That makes a lot of sense. I was kinda wondering what the whole first aid kit thing was about, as it seemed really out of place and just randomly thrown into the chapter for no reason. I didn't pay much attention to the rear-view mirror and celebrity thing, but those are equally as out of place.

The only thing that doesn't fit then is why Cakey is so surprised when she sees them together outside the hotel (unless she's more worried that Iori saw her together with Kouhei than her seeing Iori together with Chisa).
