Group uploads circumventing blocklist

If I have a group blocked, and they release a chapter as a joint with another group, the chapter becomes visible to me.

From my experience if they're the first one listed in the joint e.g Blocked Group Scan | Not Block Group Scan then I'm not going to see it, if they're the second one on the joint then it becomes visible to me.
