Are all teachers perverts and pedophiles in this manga? And is that English teacher just bad at pronouncing words in English or were the original words in Japanese characters, so the words are written incorrectly?

Fairly sure the words are mistranslated on purpose, to signify his lacking in practical american english.

Only except is "bootyfull" wich is a for-the-laughs corruption of beautiful
