Alright! So I like this set up. It's far easier to actually care about the separate heroines when they're actually developed in their own arcs. Now about the art. I get it the mangaka can't draw many perspectives so they compensates for what he can draw with dramatic? Comedic? ... reaction shots. It's a good choice but I do wish they'd get better at their weakness

So can the mistress talk or not? At first she had that slate, and the text box has been the same, but most of her shots now don't have the slate and her mouth is open...

This slavery arc is so bizarre. MC seems fine with everything,or at least the artist isn't giving him much monologue about resistance or escape. It's so different from the orphanage arc. The MC isn't doing much inventing or learning, other than making the shotgun, which also got explained with only 1 page. It might be OK if vampire girl becomes a long-term character.

Yes, MC is rich. He should be able to buy out is freedom. Instead, he's just fine being a slave, for some odd reason.
