I sort of wish they had omitted all that epilogue BS tho - the marriage was totally unearned and there's nothing lazier than the creator pulling back the curtain and being like "look guys, I have a plot outline" as if that's equivalent to actually writing a story.

Well, now that you mention it, i think author is a little bit salty. His story was just about to take off to the main arc but got axed.
It's fortunate that author didn't go commit "gal cleaning" on this. Lol

This chapter is really well written. Despite being axed, it wraps up quite well with the story and there's even some part which broke the 4th wall: the dialogue between Maki and the editor and the dialogue about people who buys the book.

If the author really planned to set up this comedy into an action/adventure/romance then it's truly a shame it got axed especially when there's a lot of trash isekai.
Other than that I wasn't expecting much from this manga but seeing what the author could pull off in this chapter I'm waiting for his next work.
