I love these guys. They always give a warning for you - on top of the one mangadex puts in automatically if you're continuing from earlier chapters - but I'm sure people are gonna come and whine anyway about how this "demotivates" the current scanlators or something. If they're fragile enough that the last chapter being done would make them think the entire chunk in between doesn't matter so they throw in the towel and quit, then they probably weren't motivated enough to get there in the first place.
I, for one, am grateful for the option to see if the destination is even worth the journey. There's a lot of stuff I'm following that I don't really care about, but keep trudging through anyway just to see how it ends.

That's a rather dissapointing ending to say the least. Kawai Rou is not really good with endings or big story.
That's because Mangadex don't have actually the balls to stop him all together or even have a rule against random chapter upload so they put this band-aid of a feature. Even if i'm glad they've done it, i still think they should have something against that instead . It's just "if you don't see it then there is no problem right ?" when there is actually a problem but they don't want to think about it.
I ain't gonna talk about the attention whore here who literraly whine that everybody is angry at him when it does it on full purpose and does it just for see people angry. Imagine getting mad at something you want to happen, he is just not assuming and play the victim card.

Man I was just thinking about this series this week, I really liked this series but wow 50 fucking chapters of Hardcore Yuri bait that doesn't go anywhere LMFAO no kiss no nothing, what wasted potential, feelsbadman, at least King Crimson saved us time and even more disappointment ................

Funny enough that the one you defend have more than once dropped translation because he don't like the manga after one chapter and more funny when in his page team he said that he translate if he like the chapter. That's not motivation, that's just pure bullshit. If you start translating a manga, you do it right, you don't translate chapter from time to time and only those you like.

I don't know how you read my post and turned it into some kind of "these guys are more motivated than the usual guys" thing. The point I made is purely that sniping the last chapter shouldn't cause regular scanlators who are in it for the long haul to drop the manga, and if something that minor does then they probably weren't going to make it there anyway.
The motivation of SSSSSSSSSSSSSS doesn't matter. Obviously a group that does a lot of last chapters and oneshots is going to be lackadaisical, and that's enough for that they do. Of fucking course people should translate manga they like, and drop manga they don't like if they decide they don't like it anymore. Free scanlation isn't some kind of binding contract.
To put it in the context of what you snipped from my post: yes, obviously, if SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS does the first chapter of a manga, and then someone else snipes the last chapter, they're probably going to drop it. That isn't because they're soooo upset that someone did the last chapter before they could get there, it's because they do what they want, and what they want probably wasn't doing the manga to completion in the first place.
