Hi, I think your English is pretty good, but I think that's her mother-in-law not her bio mom (like the black haired woman married the older lady's son). I don't think your real mom would call you that and also the way she's going on about having a son, I feel like mother in laws' usually do that to their daughter in law. Older lady might be calling her boy's mother (I mean whatever that boy's name is, name's mom).
